Great central location, close to public transport and lots of restaurants and cafes. The room had a nice modern feel with trendy furnishings. The rooftop area had great views and was perfect for relaxing.

The air conditioning was not functioning well, and it was warm at night making it difficult to sleep. the cleaning staff was inconsistent with cleaning the room, and at times it was not done thoroughly.

The hotel is very clean. Staff were very helpful especially Charlene. Service was excellent and made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and it was a great experience. Located in a prime area, close to the train station and easy to find. the bed was super comfortable and the room was cleaned every day. the staff was very friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. the rooftop lounge area was a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the city.

Parking was a bit of a hassle, had to park my car a few minutes' walk away from the hotel. the Wi-Fi speed was not great, but I was able to still use it to check my emails.
